Board of directors
The Board of Directors conducts the Foundation’s business and acts as its representative. The Foundation also has an authorised representative (ombudsman).
The Board of Directors of the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries appoints the Foundation’s six Board members for a three-year term. Based on his position, the President of the Federation is a permanent member of the Board of Directors.
